Disadvantages of Smartphones

As discussed earlier, the other side of the topic is the disadvantage of smartphones. We all know that the screen emits light but the catch here is it produces blue light that is harmful to our eyes. Overuse of smartphones can cause eye strain, headaches, and other physical problems.
